Curling DS

Curling DS is a Nintendo DS sports game developed and published by Rocket Company. Players choose from nine international curling teams and compete through an international championship.

Game Modes

• Championship: Guide a selected team through an international tournament.
• Quick Play: Play individual matches.
• Training: Practice curling skills.
• Multiplayer: Compete with two players locally on one Nintendo DS or through Download Play on two systems.

Gameplay

The game is played entirely with the stylus from a top-down perspective. Players set a target in the house, choose delivery strength and spin direction, then control the spin during the delivery. After releasing the stone, they sweep by sliding the stylus in front of it and follow instructions from the skip to sweep more, sweep less, or stop.

An included guide explains curling rules, strategy, and equipment. Curling DS was released for Nintendo DS on November 22, 2006.
