Cyberblock Metal Orange

Cyberblock Metal Orange EX is a brick-breaking game inspired by Arkanoid, combining paddle control with shooter-style zapper abilities.

Instead of relying on power-ups falling from blocks, the game awards upgrade tokens that fill an upgrade bar. Players can spend these tokens to enhance their paddle, with upgrades including increased speed, multiball, and a larger paddle. If the zapper power is available, a separate button activates it.

Managing upgrades and customizing the paddle are central to the game. It was released in 1992 for the PC-8800 Series, PC-9800 Series, and Sharp X68000.
