Daisy Fuentes Pilates is a Pilates-focused fitness simulator set at a tropical resort and hosted by television personality and Pilates spokeswoman Daisy Fuentes.

The game guides players through 10 fundamental exercises spanning Beginner to Advanced levels, using the Wii Remote and Wii Balance Board. Players can also create customized workouts from their preferred exercises. Voice prompts and an in-game timing bar provide feedback on exercise pacing.
