About this game
Digimon Adventure: Cathode Tamer is the second game in the Digimon Adventure series and an add-on to Anode Tamer. Released for WonderSwan on January 20, 2000, it was developed by SIMS and published by Bandai.
Players follow Ryou as he travels to the Digital World to rescue his friends from the evil digital monster Milenniamon. The game combines dungeon exploration with turn-based battles, allowing players to capture monsters after fights and send them into future battles.
Its story and gameplay mirror Anode Tamer, but Cathode Tamer features a different set of monsters from the beginning. Completing both games is required to collect the full monster roster.
