About this game

Disney Infinity combines action-adventure gameplay, platforming, racing, role-playing elements, and open-world creation through physical character figurines, play sets, discs, and the included Infinity Base.

Game Modes

  • Play Set: Self-contained worlds based on specific movies or series, featuring recognizable characters, storylines, and distinct gameplay. Characters from one world cannot enter another.
  • Toy Box: A customizable sandbox where players can build, explore, and bring together characters from different worlds.

Character Abilities

Most humanoid characters can double jump and use a default set of attacks, alongside an ability unique to each figure. For example, Sulley can roar to scare others, while Violet can turn invisible. Non-humanoid characters, including those from the Cars series, are exceptions to these abilities.

Developed by Avalanche Software and published by Disney Interactive Studios, Disney Infinity was released on August 18, 2013, for Nintendo Wii U, PlayStation 3, Wii U, and Xbox 360.
