Drome Racers

Drome Racers is a LEGO-themed racing game set in 2015, featuring vehicles based on the 2002 LEGO construction toys. In Career mode, players take the role of Max Axel and compete through qualifying drag races and Multi-Challenge Races, where time differences carry from one event to the next.

Prize money can be used to build a new car by selecting its wheels, chassis, and body, or to improve an existing vehicle across five upgrade levels for components such as the engine, aerodynamics, turbo, armor, and tires. Weapons are also an important part of racing.

Arcade mode includes Normal and Time Attack events across varied courses, weather conditions, and routes. Quick Race randomly selects relevant cars and tracks for one or two players. The GameCube version adds an extra power-up and a two-player Battle Mode featuring power-up-based vehicle destruction and alternate objectives such as holding a flag.
