Dynasty Warriors 5

Dynasty Warriors 5 is an action-focused hack-and-slash game set in ancient China. Its Musou mode features 48 selectable characters, most of whom must be unlocked, including six new additions to the series. Each character has an individual storyline.

The game features larger on-screen enemy encounters, improved bodyguards, and the return of the stronghold system from Dynasty Warriors 4: Empires. Players can capture enemy bases by defeating the leader of each stronghold. Developed by Omega Force and published by Koei, it was released for PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2005.
