About this game

Eagles simulates the dogfights and aerial melees fought over France and Germany during the latter half of World War I. Battles can include up to 20 aircraft, with turn order determined by each plane’s identification number.

The game includes three scenarios—Over There, Voss's Last Fight, and Red And Black—alongside four mini-games: Bloody April, Sausage Run, Contact Patrol, and The Eleventh Hour. Combat takes place on a grid representing distance and altitude, with clouds and wind affecting play.

Mission results track kills, completion time, and rank progression. An optional feature allows players to create their own aircraft.
