Earthworm Jim 3D

After a flying cow sends Earthworm Jim into a coma, he awakens inside his own mind and discovers that he has gone insane. His past villains have invaded his thoughts, while his unleashed super ego attempts to stop the madness.

Jim must recover the Golden Udders of lucidity to restore his sanity and unlock the remaining mind chambers. Within these chambers, he collects Green Marbles to open new levels and confronts four villains who have taken over his deepest fears.

The journey culminates in a battle against Earthworm Kim, the personification of Jim’s trauma.
