About this game

Ecco the Dolphin follows Ecco after a mysterious waterspout separates him from his pod and removes the marine life from his home bay. His search leads across the seas and into encounters with other dolphins, an orca, the blue whale known as The Big Blue, and the ancient creature Asterite.

To uncover the cause of the storms, Ecco explores Atlantis, discovers an ancient library and time machine, and learns that the alien Vortex harvest Earth’s waters every 500 years. His quest takes him 55 million years into the past before he returns to confront the Vortex Queen and rescue his pod.
