Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth

Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth is an adventure and role-playing game set in the land of Arcania. Its story follows people from different cultures as they journey toward Yggdrasil, the world tree, each seeking answers to legends tied to the tree’s summit.

Human descendants, magic scholars, warriors, and plains nomads all pursue their own hopes, from divine power and ancient mysteries to ultimate techniques and lost treasures. As the newest numbered entry in the Etrian Odyssey series, the game combines its mythic journey with strategy-focused role-playing.
