About this game

Exploding Fist+ is a fighting game for Commodore 64, Commodore C64/128/MAX, and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Up to three human players can take part in each bout, using a selection of attacking and defensive moves with different point values.

Gameplay

You begin as a rookie and advance through 10 Dans by winning bouts. A bout ends when a player scores 6 points or has the highest score after 60 seconds. Finishing last eliminates you from the competition.

After every two rounds, a bonus game takes place in a darkened alleyway. Players shoot successive ninja heads, earning points until they miss.

Developed by Beam Software and published by Firebird Software, the game was released in 1987.
