Turn-Based Strategy Between Red Star and Blue Moon
The briefing
Famicom Wars is a turn-based strategy game centered on a conflict between the Red Star and Blue Moon nations. Players choose a stage and decide whether each side is controlled by a person or the computer, with Red Star taking the first turn.
Each turn provides funds for constructing units at controlled factories, seaports, airports, and cities. The game features ten land units, four air units, and two sea units, each with distinct combat or support abilities. Foot soldiers are the only units able to conquer cities, which can repair or refuel units and generate additional funds.
Victory is achieved by capturing the opposing headquarters or destroying all remaining enemy units in a single turn. Fifteen maps are available from the start, with two additional secret ending maps determined by the player's nation when facing the computer.
