About this game

Field of Fire is a historically accurate tactical strategy game set during World War II. As commander of Easy Company, part of the First Infantry Division, you lead your soldiers through eight historical battles across North Africa and Europe.

Scenarios can be played individually, with each taking approximately 1–2 hours, or as a campaign lasting roughly 12–16 hours. A role-playing element lets you rename individual soldiers and improve their skills between missions. The computer-controlled enemy offers three difficulty levels.
