Fight for Life is a fighting game set in the Spectre Zone, where eight competitors enter the annual Hell Fighting Tournament for the amusement of the Gatekeeper.

The winner earns a second chance at life. Along the way, each defeated opponent gives up two special fighting moves, helping the surviving fighter prepare for the final battle against the Devil's son.
