The briefing

About this game

Fighting Vipers is a 3D fighting game set in Armstone City, where a tournament brings together eight urban warriors—and Mahler, who has a personal score to settle with the Mayor. The roster includes fighters such as rocker Raxel, orphan Bahn, former gang leader Tokyo, construction worker Jane, and skater Picky.

Matches take place in arenas surrounded by walls. Each fighter wears separate chest and leg armor that can be destroyed by powerful attacks, leaving them more vulnerable. Throws can also cause additional damage when an opponent hits the wall or floor. Combat is notably fast, with button-mashing combo sequences and a Quick Recovery technique that can help a fighter rise quickly after a heavy blow.
