Final Lap 2000

Final Lap 2000 is the first handheld entry in Namco’s Final Lap racing series. Released for WonderSwan in 2000, it features a single open-wheel vehicle and several racing modes.

Modes

• World Tour: Race against five opponents across changing courses inspired by locations around the world. Progress can unlock additional track parts.
• Arcade: Compete against one opponent on a selected course.
• Time Trial: Race alone to set the best time on a chosen course.

Track Editing

The track editor begins with simple pieces, while World Tour performance unlocks more parts. A communication cable allows players to transfer tracks between copies of the game.
