About this game

Fire Emblem Awakening is a turn-based tactical role-playing game developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo for Nintendo 3DS. Released on April 19, 2012, it follows Chrom, brother to Ylisse's empress and commander of its forces, as he leads a team against Plegian bandits in a world threatened by war.

Players assemble a force of knights, mages, archers, and other soldiers, carefully selecting units for battles across maps spanning entire kingdoms. Characters gain experience, level up, and develop new strengths and abilities, while players direct their movement, weapons, and attacks. Recruitment varies between characters, with some joining readily and others requiring persuasion.
