About this game

In Fire Trap, a firefighter climbs a burning building while extinguishing fires and rescuing trapped people and animals. The game combines vertical climbing with horizontal scrolling and is similar to Crazy Climber.

Players must manage a limited water supply while dealing with burning papers, flaming windows, shooting fireballs, and falling objects such as cars, couches, hammers, chairs, lamps, stoves, and refrigerators. The fire extinguisher can also be used to deflect hazards.

Random windows may contain helpful items, including a rocket that advances the firefighter upward, a multi-directional extinguisher, a water refill, or an item that clears all fires on screen. Rescued men, women, boys, girls, dogs, and cats parachute to safety after being reached.

The ultimate goal is to reach the roof, rescue a trapped woman, then descend with a jet pack while putting out remaining fires before landing safely. Afterward, the firefighter moves on to another building.
