About this game

Floyd of the Jungle is an arcade platform game released in 1981 by MicroProse Software. Players take part in a jungle rescue mission alongside George and Floyd, navigating hazards such as alligators, elephants, birds, and other wildlife.

Birds and Pigmies can be picked up for points, while reaching the lost girl before George or Floyd is essential. If either character gets to her first, the level must be restarted. The game includes a handicap option and supports four simultaneous players on Atari 8-bit.
