Arcade side-scrolling shooter about destroying enemy supply trucks

The briefing

About this game

Flying Ace is an arcade side-scrolling shooter focused on disrupting enemy supplies. Pilot a sturdy biplane through looping aerial maneuvers while strafing trucks traveling along the road below.

Enemy patrol planes and anti-aircraft guns complicate each run, but success depends primarily on destroying enough trucks. Taking hits reduces your supply of spare biplanes, while earning enough points increases it. Your aircraft can withstand up to nine hits before going down.

Fuel and ammunition are replenished at a friendly airstrip, although landing safely requires careful timing and positioning. Sharp dives, limited room for evasive loops, and hazardous ground make low-level attacks especially challenging. Two additional difficulty levels allow enemy pilots to become more skilled.
