Football Director

Football Director is a football construction and management simulation in which you take charge of any league team, with every club beginning in the fourth division.

Club Management

Before building the team, you can hire scouting, physiotherapy, and coaching staff. A youth team may also be employed to search for promising players. Up to two players become available to sign each week, while player form is rated out of 10 and influences their willingness to join a fourth-division club.

Matches and Finances

Matches take place outside your view, with minute-by-minute updates followed by the other results. Financial management is central: you can improve the stadium, sell players, take out loans, and pay for club insurance.

Injuries, suspensions, cup competitions, and eventual European matches add further challenges to the campaign.
