Fortune Builder

Fortune Builder is a business-focused simulator in which players develop a rural area with factories, resorts, stadiums, casinos, campgrounds, and other enterprises. The placement of each business matters: nearby compatible businesses can increase cash flow, while unsuitable proximity can reduce profitability.

A news ticker periodically reports events that temporarily affect specific businesses. New safety regulations, unusual sightings, and popular entertainment can all change local profits. Multiple difficulty settings adjust elements such as starting capital and the financial target required to win, and two players can compete.
