Shooter for Amstrad CPC and Sinclair ZX Spectrum
The briefing
Freedom Fighter is a shooter developed by Jon Paul Eldridge and published by The Power House. Released in 1985 for Amstrad CPC and Sinclair ZX Spectrum, it places you in control of the Freedom Fighter spacecraft during an alien invasion.
Alien fighters attack in waves, swooping down and firing missiles. Concussion bombs also descend toward the bottom of the screen; players must pick them up with their craft to disarm them. Each wave ends with a battle against an alien mother-ship that requires several hits to destroy.
