Front Mission: Gun Hazard

Front Mission: Gun Hazard is a side-scrolling entry in the Front Mission series, set in 2064 amid political conflict and shifting global power. In the small nation of Bergen, Wanzer pilot Albert Grabner is assigned to escort President Orwen during a coup led by Colonel Ark.

Gameplay

Players guide Albert and his Wanzer through missions selected from an area map. The Wanzer can move across the screen, jump, and use primary and special weapons. Albert can also eject from the machine to explore narrow areas, use an unlimited jetpack, and avoid some obstacles, though he is more vulnerable outside the Wanzer.

Weapons and armor can be found or purchased. The Wanzer's Booster improves hovering and jumping, while Dash enables rapid horizontal movement. Experience and money are earned by completing objectives and defeating enemy Wanzers.

Support Characters

Characters recruited during the story can be assigned to support roles. They provide different cover-fire abilities and gain experience and levels alongside Albert.
