Squad-based tactical strategy in a fictional Middle Eastern conflict

The briefing

About this game

Full Spectrum Warrior is a squad-based tactical strategy game set in the fictional country of Zekistan. You command Alpha and Bravo squads on a mission to capture or kill the terrorist Al Afad.

Rather than directly aiming and shooting, you issue orders to your troops. Position squads behind walls and vehicles, provide covering fire, throw grenades, launch rockets, attack targets, and coordinate movements across exposed areas. Success depends on using both squads together to create opportunities and suppress threats.

The campaign moves through parks, an airport, city streets, and buildings. Each squad has four specialized members: a Team Leader, Automatic Rifleman, Grenadier, and Rifleman.

Two-player Xbox Live support allows players to cooperate through the single-player campaign, with one player commanding Alpha and the other commanding Bravo.
