A character-switching shooter about stuffed-animal heroes rescuing kidnapped babies
The briefing
Fur Fighters: Viggo's Revenge is a shooter in which a group of baby stuffed animals is kidnapped by the Stupid Bears, an evil gang of teddy bears. Players take control of the Fur Fighters as they work to rescue the young ones.
The playable group includes characters such as kangaroos, penguins, cats, and dogs, each with unique abilities and fighting styles. These skills are used to defeat enemies, solve puzzles, and complete specific objectives.
Only one character can be controlled at a time, but teleport areas allow players to switch to the Fur Fighter best suited to the task. Developed by Bizarre Creations and published by Acclaim Entertainment, the game was released for PlayStation 2 on June 3, 2001.
