About this game
G-Darius is a shooter developed by Taito and released on March 31, 1998. Its story follows the conflict between the humanoids of Amnelia and the Thiima, cyborg and chimera biovessels programmed to protect the universe from threats such as the A.N. weapon.
After Amnelia uses A.N. to destroy the world of Blazar, the Thiima attack in force. Amnelian scientists and engineers combine A.N. technology with reverse-engineered Thiiman systems to create the Silver Hawk fighters. Pilots Sameluck Raida and Lutia Feen are then selected to lead an attack on Kazumn, the Thiima’s main base and a satellite of Darius.
