Galactic Gladiators

Galactic Gladiators is a tactical strategy game set in the 30th century and released through SSI’s RapidFire line. Players command four-on-four teams equipped with laser weapons and special powers.

Teams can include more than a dozen species, each with distinct abilities, including humans, Denebian Slime Devils, Wodanites, Zorcons, and mutants with a killing touch. Battles take place on large or small maps across a variety of planets.

After issuing orders, players watch both sides carry them out in sequence. The game was released for Apple II and DOS in 1983.
