Gall Force: Eternal Story

Gall Force: Eternal Story is a 1986 vertical-scrolling shooter developed and published by HAL Laboratory for the Family Computer Disk System and Nintendo Famicom Disk System.

Players control Rabby, second-in-command of the Star Leaf, as she searches for six kidnapped crew members and attempts to destroy the Paranoids' fortress. The game begins over the surface of Terra, where players dodge and destroy enemies before reaching launchers that send the ship into different sections of outer space.

Each space section features more shooting action and ends with a boss encounter. Defeating a boss frees one crew member, allowing them to rejoin the Star Leaf crew.
