Gallop Racer 2006

Gallop Racer 2006 is a horse racing simulator for PlayStation 2 from Tecmo. It includes standard Exhibition and Career modes, along with Memorial Quest, which features more than 100 classic races, and Field of Legend, where created horses can compete against horses from past years.

Set in the theme park-style Gallop Racing Square, the game lets players create their own horses and race classic and legendary horses from racing history. During races, timed button presses urge the horse while stamina, race position, and mental condition are monitored. Betting also considers factors such as weather, horse condition, and statistics.
