About this game

Gary Lineker's Hot-Shot! is a top-down soccer game, also known as Litti's Hot-Shot!, in which two teams compete to win the match.

Gameplay

Players can adjust the number of players, the length of each half, and the AI level. The game displays only part of the playfield at a time. Control switches to the player with the ball or, while defending, to the nearest athlete.

Shooting strength depends on how long the button is held, while joystick movement determines the shot direction. Moving against the player's direction can produce an overhead kick.
