Gauntlet Legends

Gauntlet Legends expands the classic overhead monster-battling formula with a story-driven adventure across distinct worlds. Players guide one of four adventurers through more than 30 stages, defeating enemies, navigating traps, collecting treasure, and searching for the exit to the next level.

The quest centers on the demon Skorne, awakened after Garm gathers 13 Rune Stones in an attempt to raise a powerful creature. Along the way, heroes face followers including Grunts, Ankle Biters, Suiciders, Bomb Throwers, and Death, as well as formidable boss characters.

Gameplay

• Overhead exploration through maze-like levels.
• Character experience that improves strength, speed, armor, and health.
• Inventory items including food, special weapons, and power icons.
• Weapons such as three-way shot, fire breath, and super shot.
• Power-ups including super speed, invisibility, and Anti-Death Power.
