Genji: Dawn of the Samurai

Genji: Dawn of the Samurai is a third-person action role-playing game set in Japan during the 12th century. The Heishi clan has conquered much of the country using Amahagane stones, magical artifacts that grant their wielders supernatural powers known as Kamui.

The story follows Yoshitsune, a young samurai who possesses an Amahagane and is attacked by the Heishi while they search for additional stones. As the conflict develops, he is joined by Benkei, a giant warrior monk who also carries an Amahagane. Together, they challenge the Heishi’s growing power and tyranny.
