The briefing

About this game

Geom Cube is a 3D falling-block puzzle game in which players arrange blocks inside a pit viewed from directly above. Falling pieces can be rotated on their axes to help create complete planes, or “faces,” without gaps. Completed faces disappear, preventing the pit from filling to the top.

Modes and Gameplay

  • Features 24 block patterns, each made from one to five cubes.
  • 1 Player Finite challenges players to clear up to 99 rounds.
  • 1 Player Infinite focuses on achieving the highest possible score and offers three pit sizes.
  • Versus play supports battles against eight computer-controlled Geom Fighters, each using a different strategy, or against another player.

In competitive play, clearing faces adds blocks to the opponent’s pile. Victory comes from forcing the opponent’s pit to the top or eliminating 21 faces first. The game does not support memory cards, so level progress and high scores cannot be saved.
