A flick-screen platform shooter through a haunted mansion

The briefing

About this game

In Ghost Hunters, Hunk Studbuckle enters Nightmare Mansion to rescue his brother Chuck, who disappeared after attempting to rid the building of its ghosts and ghouls.

Hunk is armed with a Sub-Compact Anti-Matter Phantom Splatterer. Each room raises his Terrormeter and drains his Macho Energy, so spirits must be destroyed or Hunk must escape before his energy runs out. Magic potions can restore lost energy.

This flick-screen platform game uses joystick controls, with the fire button directing the gun's sight. In two-player play, one player controls Hunk while the other controls the sight. The display includes the Macho Energy bar, Terrormeter, and score.
