The briefing

About this game

Gilligan's Gold is a flick-screen platform game set across three mine screens. Your goal is to collect every scattered bag of gold and carry each one to the top of the mine, where it can be placed in a wheelbarrow.

Navigate the mine using ladders and lifts while avoiding two outlaws and moving mine-carts. Falling more than one level or touching an outlaw costs a life. Carrying gold slows your movement, but bags can also be dropped on outlaws. A single-use pick axe can break through a yellow wall concealing gold or briefly stun an outlaw.

Mine-carts can be ridden by grabbing a hook and dropping onto a cart as it passes below. You can leave a cart at any time, but being struck by one costs a life.
