God of War: Laufey is an upcoming action-adventure game from Santa Monica Studio for PlayStation 5. It shifts the series focus to Laufey, also known as Faye, following her death.

Story

After awakening in a strange afterlife realm, Faye travels through the Everywhen, an afterlife of the gods where deities from different mythologies compete for power. Her journey is driven by the need to protect Kratos and Atreus.

Gameplay

The game combines sword-based combat and magic with action-adventure and role-playing elements. New supporting characters join Faye’s story as she explores the Everywhen.
