Graeme Souness Vector Soccer is a soccer game built around three-dimensional vector graphics and close camera perspectives. Because the action is viewed near the playfield, an overlay showing the entire field appears in the corner to help players maintain their bearings.

Players control a soccer team in either friendly matches or tournaments, with direct control over athletes and actions including passing and shooting. Match settings include options such as difficulty level and match length.
