About this game

Greg Norman's Shark Attack! The Ultimate Golf Simulator is a golf simulation for Amiga, released in 1989. Up to four human or computer players can compete in Strokeplay or Matchplay, with Singles, Fourball, Foursome, and Greensome formats available.

Computer opponents are defined through five skill factors: Experience, Stance, Grip, Swing, and Fitness. The game can store up to 50 created players. Before playing, golfers select 14 clubs from a set of 17.

Courses and gameplay

Two built-in courses feature 3D views of hills, bunkers, trees, and water hazards. A hole map reveals the full layout, while players can move to different positions to inspect the course in 3D. Hidden flags add an additional challenge.

Shots use a power meter, timing-based direction control, and selectable sidespin. Putting involves aiming an on-screen cursor and choosing the shot power.
