A Wild West arcade adventure with quick-draw duels

The briefing

About this game

In Gunfright, you play Sheriff Quickdraw, a fast-drawing lawman tasked with tracking down wanted criminals troubling the town.

The game combines first-person shooting scenes with an isometric scrolling play-field. At the start, shoot falling bags of money to collect a bounty, then explore the town, follow directions from innocent bystanders, and pursue criminals. A horse can help speed up the chase.

When a wanted criminal is found, the game switches to a first-person crosshair view for a quick-draw showdown. Shooting innocent bystanders incurs a fine, while successful captures provide rewards to help cover ammunition, horses, and other expenses. Your final tally determines your score.
