The briefing

About this game

In Harvest Moon: Back to Nature, you inherit a neglected farm and have three years to restore it and establish your place as its rightful heir. Starting with limited money and basic tools, you must clear the land, till the soil, plant seasonal seeds, and water crops until they are ready to harvest.

The game’s year is divided into four 30-day seasons, each offering different crops and activities. Harvested produce can be placed in the shipping bin to earn money, which can then be used to expand the farm and raise livestock such as chickens and cows.

Beyond farming, you can interact with local villagers and participate in seasonal events, including the Tomato Festival and Fireworks Display.
