A futuristic action-adventure about a bounty hunter recovering his past

About this game

Headhunter is an over-the-shoulder action-adventure set in a future where gang warfare and crime have led to privatized law enforcement. Players take the role of Jack Wade, an ex-cop turned bounty hunter whose license has been revoked and memories lost after escaping from an operating table.

Hired by Angela Stern to find her father’s murderer, Jack must survive while uncovering clues about his own past. Combat and exploration include ducking, rolling, climbing, pushing and pulling objects, and using walls for cover to peek around corners and attack. A radar tracks Jack and nearby enemies.

Between missions, Jack rides a motorcycle between locations across the city. Access to destinations, weapons and gadgets depends on earning skill points and advancing through Headhunter licenses. These upgrades are tested at the LEILA virtual-reality simulator, which evaluates combat, stealth and driving abilities.
