Heimdall

Heimdall is an action-adventure role-playing game inspired by Norse mythology. As Heimdall, protector of Asgard, you must stop the approaching Ragnarok by recovering Thor’s hammer, Odin’s sword, and Frey’s spear, hidden by Loki across three lands.

Before setting out, three sub-games—the Axe Throwing Contest, Pig Catching, and Long Boat Fight—help determine Heimdall’s abilities and the size of his potential party. Your performance also affects which characters are available to recruit.

The main journey takes place across the isometric landscapes of Midgard, Utgard, and Asgard. Each land contains around 15 islands filled with rooms to explore, puzzles to solve, and enemies to defeat as you search for the missing weapons.
