Heroes of Karn

Heroes of Karn is an interactive fiction adventure set before the rise of the empire of Karn. After evil creatures attack the lands of Beren, the last Mountain King, four survivors become trapped under a spell. The player takes the role of the Stranger, who must rescue them and retrieve the treasures of the realm.

The game combines text commands with graphics and music. Players can manipulate objects, solve puzzles, attack enemies, and give orders to non-player characters to complete certain tasks, although direct conversations are not possible.
