It's Only Rock 'N Roll

It's Only Rock 'n' Roll puts you in pursuit of a career as a rock 'n' roll idol. Starting with energy, limited money, and a promising future, you must try to build a public profile while coping with disappointment, fraud, scandal, and even arrest.

Career choices include busking, hiring a manager, seeking financial help from a bank manager, and attempting to write songs for extra income. Each decision carries its own risks, including management fees and the possibility that your ambitions may leave you exhausted and unsuccessful.

Released in 1982, the game was developed by Kevin Smith and Xonox and published by K-Tel Productions and Xonox for ColecoVision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum.
