About this game
In Jack and the Beanstalk, Jack trades his family's aging cow, Daisy, for a magical bag of beans. After the beans are planted, a giant stalk grows toward a castle filled with treasure, leading Jack into a fantastical adventure.
Developed by Andrew Harley, this platform game was published by Superior Software and Thor Software for home computers including the Amstrad CPC, BBC Microcomputer System, Commodore C64/128/MAX, and Sinclair ZX Spectrum.
