About this game

Kick Rider is a road-racing game released in 1983 for Arcade and Final Burn Alpha Neo. You control a motorbike from an overhead view while competing against the clock and passing rival motorcycles.

Rival riders can jostle you with their legs, and you can push back by pressing the button with left or right. Cars may appear ahead and leave bombs behind, while road constrictions, central islands, and traffic cones create additional hazards. Crashing costs valuable time.

As the race progresses, the camera changes to a view from above and behind the bike, showing the road toward a distant city. Bonus points decrease over time, and after every three levels an intermission awards bonuses for vehicles passed.
