About this game

Kids on Keys is a collection of three educational mini-games designed to develop basic reading and typing skills. Each activity includes four skill levels that require increasingly fast responses.

Activities

  • Type falling letters before they reach the bottom of the screen, then progress to typing complete words.
  • Enter the names of household-object icons as they float down the screen.
  • Type the number matching an on-screen object icon after its name is displayed.

The second and third activities include bonus rounds in which the icons are partially obscured, adding a memory challenge. Released in 1982, the game was developed by Frieda Lekkerkerker and published by Spinnaker Software Corporation.
