He pointed out the need for Xbox to maximize every opportunity and fight for funding that might otherwise be allocated elsewhere, portraying a scenario where Xbox needs to be "quite scrappy" to compete effectively against the financially mightier PlayStation.

The frustration from the Xbox camp is palpable, especially considering that Microsoft, Xbox's parent company, is valued at around $3 trillion and has recently completed a massive $69 billion acquisition.
